Where are VanWest pieces made?

Every piece is hand-thrown in small batches in our studio in Oak Cliff, Dallas.

Are they food-, dishwasher-, and microwave-safe?

Yes to all three. See Care for details.

Will my piece look exactly like the photo?

Close, but not identical. These are hand-made and glazed in small batches, so tone, texture, and form vary slightly from one to the next.

How much is shipping?

It's calculated live at checkout by weight and destination, so you pay the real USPS/UPS rate — no flat markup. Free local pickup in Oak Cliff. See Shipping.

What if it arrives broken?

Email us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you. See Returns & Breakage.
