Every VanWest piece is packed by hand with plenty of padding and shipped from our studio in Oak Cliff, Dallas.

Rates

Shipping is calculated live at checkout based on the weight of your order and where it's going — so you pay the real carrier rate (USPS/UPS), whether it's a single mug or a full set. No padded flat fees.

Local pickup

Free local pickup in Oak Cliff, Dallas — choose it at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready.

Processing

Orders ship within 2–3 business days. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your piece is on its way.

Ceramics are fragile and we pack accordingly — but if something arrives damaged, see our Returns & Breakage policy and we'll make it right.
