If a piece isn't right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping is non-refundable.

Arrived broken?

We pack every order to survive the trip, but ceramics are ceramics. If your piece arrives damaged, email vanweststudios@gmail.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

One-of-a-kind note

Each piece is hand-thrown in small batches, so glaze, tone, and form vary slightly from what you see on screen. That variation is part of the character, not a flaw.
